Thank you for your interest in reading Better Than You Think. My hope is that you are able to connect with some of the stories shared in the book and see similar lessons in your own stories. Going forward you should be able to connect the dots of future experiences to their blessings and lessons and be able to use those lessons to sharpen your own awareness and understanding of why things are what they are. The more you develop these skills, the more easily you will recognize that your life is better than you think.
The companion workbook is a follow-up to the book. You will see a brief summary of each chapter followed by a series of questions. If you didn’t take the opportunity to answer the questions as you were reading the book, I encourage you to use this workbook to reflect on the questions now and journal your thoughts—you can print the workbook out and write right in it!
Your reflections from your experiences will lead to better awareness in life, which will then lead to a more fulfilling life. You may come back to this workbook from time to time if and when you drift and I believe reflecting on these questions periodically will continue to expand your awareness. Just print out another version any time, or simply use the questions as prompts and write in your favorite journal.
